Sometimes I have found myself in situations where I had to think about what someone was trying to tell me both verbally and non verbally. This isnt always the easiest task. It is one that could lead to a quite meaningful conversation and can save you some stress in both the short and the long terms. I have learned to not just take people at face value, meaning what they said and but also what they did not say. Paying attention to nonverbal ques is one that is necessary. Sometimes what you see is not what you get and needing to recognize that is very important.
“Few realize how loud their expressions really are. Be kind with what you wordlessly say.”
